A booking list turns a busy family chat into a workable production brief. It shows the team what must be completed, the planner what is still missing and each guest what has actually been requested.
Use one row per person and event
If the same guest needs services for sangeet and ceremony, create two rows. This prevents a single name from hiding multiple appointments and makes event totals easier to check.

Keep the bride separate
Record the bride’s events and timing in the master schedule, but do not hide her bridal service inside the guest count. Bridal consultation, trial and dressing requirements need their own plan.
Freeze the list before the schedule
Set a family deadline for changes, then flag anything still undecided. Late additions may affect staffing, room layout and timing and cannot be assumed to fit after the team is confirmed.
Send totals with the detailed list
Provide totals for hair, make-up, draping and grooming by event, followed by the person-level list. The totals help size the request; the detail prevents misunderstandings when the run sheet is built.

Names alone do not show how many services, events, deadlines or dressing needs must be planned.
Should children be included?
Include any child for whom a confirmed service or dressing appointment is requested, with an appropriate responsible adult.
When is the list final?
Agree a cut-off with the wedding coordinator and beauty team. Availability for later additions should never be assumed.
