We recommend honestly. We will explain what we believe will suit you and what your hair, skin or nails can comfortably support. If a service is unlikely to give you the result you want, we will tell you and suggest a better direction.
We explain the price. Where the price depends on length, density, technique, product or the work involved, we will explain the expected cost before the service begins.
We work with professional care. Clean tools, prepared workstations and careful service should be part of every visit, not an added luxury.
We explain maintenance and aftercare. Before you choose a service, you should understand how the result is likely to change over time, what maintenance may be needed and how to care for it at home.
The decision remains yours. Our role is to guide you, not pressure you. You should never feel pushed towards a service that does not suit your hair, skin, lifestyle, comfort or budget.
