Salon Nayana guide · Reviewed August 2026
A multi-day wedding is a sequence of different production days. Treating it as one long booking can hide outfit changes, repeat appointments, travel and the rest time both guests and teams need.
Day one: welcome and lighter preparation
Welcome events often need fewer professional appointments, but arrival times can be unpredictable. Keep the first service list focused and avoid promising appointments before hotel check-in and room access are confirmed.
Day two: mehendi, haldi and sangeet
Different functions can require very different finishes. Record whether guests will change outfits, restyle hair or refresh make-up between events. Protect enough time for clothing, jewellery, meals and transport.
Ceremony day: work from the fixed deadline
The ceremony day usually carries the most dependencies: rituals, first looks, family portraits and venue movement. Schedule the bride separately, then place mothers, attendants and guests into service waves based on their earliest responsibility.
Reception: decide between refresh and new look
For every participant, specify whether the reception requires a complete new service, a hairstyle change, a make-up refresh or only outfit dressing. This decision materially changes the appointment count and staffing brief.
A few things families ask
Helpful answers for later
Should every guest book services for every function?
No. Ask what each person genuinely needs by event and let the hosts decide which appointments are included.
Can the same preparation room be used for all events?
Possibly, but confirm room access, cleaning, furniture, power and the changeover between functions.
How do we price a multi-day wedding beauty team?
Build the separate service count for each event first. The complete date, venue, schedule and request must then be reviewed.
Tell us about the celebration you are imagining.
A date, destination and rough idea of the group is enough to begin. We can talk through the details together later.
